Terms of Service & SMS Terms

Effective date: October 20, 2026. These terms govern use of palmcallback.com and services provided by PalmCallback LLC, Boca Raton, Florida.

1. Services

PalmCallback provides call and text automation, lead follow-up and review-request services for businesses. Service details, pricing and commitments for clients are set out in each client's order or agreement.

2. SMS messaging program

Program description: By providing your phone number and opting in (for example, by submitting a web form with the SMS consent box checked, texting us, or calling a business that uses PalmCallback and agreeing to receive a text reply), you agree to receive text messages from PalmCallback or the business you contacted. These include replies to your inquiry, missed-call follow-ups, questions to collect your job details, and review requests.

Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again. Help: Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

3. Client responsibilities

Clients agree to message only contacts who have given appropriate consent, to comply with the TCPA, CTIA guidelines, carrier rules and applicable law, and to provide accurate business information for A2P 10DLC registration.

4. Fees & guarantee

Fees are billed monthly in advance as stated in the client's order. The 30-day guarantee (if fewer than 10 missed-call conversations are recovered in the first 30 days, the next month is free) applies as described in the client's order.

5. Disclaimers & liability

Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific revenue or business results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months before the claim.

6. Governing law

Florida law governs these terms; venue is Palm Beach County, Florida.
